DDJ-WeGO freezes while using crossfader

Hi,

Yesterday I bought my DDJ-WeGO. I have got problem, because when I use crossfader, expecially while scratching, my controller crashes. Usually it happends after few minutes of using. I tried to use it on laptop and PC, and it's the same. I also tried to change USB cable, reinstalling drivers, programs (I tried it with Virtual DJ, Serato DJ Intro), but still problem occurs. What should I do?

@EDIT Sometimes it freezes even without using crossfader, for example while scratching both decks at the same time

Hi,

I'm also experiencing a similar issue. My ddj wego freezes up with Traktor Pro 2.6.8 at random times, especially when I'm scratching and using the crossfader, and using the jog wheels, for scratching and using effects too. This has been happening for quite a while and it is very hard to mix if the controls don't work. I seem to lose control mostly over the left jog wheel's touch sensing and so instead of scratching it will nudge the beat, but only on the left jog wheel, never the right one. And sometimes all the controls on the wego are briefly unresponsive.

I also have another major issue regarding the freezing. Every once in a while, the wego will freeze, and will remain unresponsive. Then, the right deck light will shut off and will remain off. All control of the wego is lost but the audio still plays through the main output and the headphones. This has happened on multiple computers so I believe the problem is residing in the wego and not my PC. I am using Win 8.1 on an ASUS Vivobook X202E (1.8 GHz Dual Core i3, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
