[SOLVED] R1 CUE + PLAY after 2beats

Hey guys, my problem with R1:

My RIGHT deck is prepared and CUEd.

LEFT deck playing and SYNCED MASTER

I press CUE (and HOLD IT) on the RIGHT and after while i confirm PLAY to continue playing. 

suddenly when i press PLAY right decl repeating beat and skips HALF A BIT FORWARD!!!!!

Do you normally do this combination ? Is it a bug ? 

PIONEER? where to post this problems? How we can help you to resolve them?
