Kingston DTSE9 64GB will not work with CDJ-2000Nexus

i followed the steps of this youtube:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYp71yrnvNw

i used one partition, master boot record, and osx journaled (i also tried ms-fat).

i sync'd files using rekordbox and also just tried dragging them straight onto the drive.

every time i put this usb stick in my CDJ-2000Nexus it says "NO USB" and the red light beneath the usb port blinks.

any ideas?

my old sandisk cruzer 32gb actually has a GUID partition table with osx journaled and works fine...

CDJ-2000Nexus' were purchased new about a month ago.

When this happened to me, I had the stick formatted to NTFS.  When I reformatted to FAT32 and reloaded the stick, it worked fine.

bumping this up.  i made sure the power requirements of the drive do not exceed the CDJ-2000Nexus.

try formatting it Mac OS Extended (journaled) and choose GUID partition table,  not MASTER BOOT RECORD in the options, thats how my flash drive is formatted and out works fine across all my CDJ's

I did that before, but when I did it again this morning the drives now work!

Thanks BriChi.
