XDJ-R1 can't use the play/pause button to pause

Hi, As I described above, i'm having trouble when I want to pause the music with the play/pause button. The play function works great but when I pause the music freezes and it plays like 1/8 beat. It stood in my basement a couple of months (in the sc3 case) and had an old firmware (1.0.8). I thought updating the firmware to 1.10 would resolve the problem, but no. I still have the same problem. Does anyone have an idea that could help me with this issue? (Sorry for My bad english)
