In Rekordbox Software, now you can name the cue points. If i do that, in RX display, i see the name of my cue points instead A,B,C,D ?
From iPhone app Rekordbox i can search, load tracks,etc. directly to RX but i can control the volume from iPhone ?

I am going to go with "no" on both questions. I don't own one but from knowing pioneer gear very well, it doesn't seem like you naming will show up on cues and I know the RB app for the iPhone needs a lot of work so there is no way you can control volumes from it
Well, that's to bad.......no point to name cue points in RB software and can't see it in RX display...and if you can't control volume from iPhone, that means you're forced to stay right beside the hardware so why should use iPhone instead hardware ?!

the iPhone app is useful if you're going to a party, the DJ has an RX and you want to spin a few tracks, you can simply use the iPhone RB app which you always have on you vs having to bring a flash drive around always
