Connect to PC via USB problem.

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium and I'm tryi to connect XDJ-Aero via USB cable to my notebook.

I connect USB cable to XDJ Areo and notebook -> power on XDJ -> lunch rekordbox -> swich on XDJ-Aero to MIDI. I can connect to A and B deck. I can load file on notebook but I can't use XDJ-Aero. Why? What I do wrong? How to set up?

But, if I connect notebook via Wi-Fi, I can load file, use XDJ-Aero but I can't see wave form.

Sorry, but you can't connect the AERO to rekordbox via USB, only via WiFi. USB is only used for MIDI control and audio interface to applications like Traktor or Virtual DJ.

There will not be a waveform displayed either within rekordbox or on the AERO; rekordbox is not a DVS, but rather a "smart hard drive" when used as a source for the AERO.

If rekordbox acts as an "intelligent hard disk" is what is it for waveform? So how do we effectively use Aero in combination with rekordbox? Using VirtualDJ or Tractor can be played directly from a laptop. Rekordbox to give the Aero I would like to effective use. How?

This is actual wrong! You can connect to any DJ software via the MIDI sync. You have to first change the MODE in SETTINGS from XDJ-AERO to PC.

Yes, you are right, but it doesn't sound like that when you read it back! I apologise :-)
