DDJ-SX Problems (PLEASE REPLY ASAP)

The 2nd Channel on my Pionner DDJ-SX Dj controller is playing up. When you put the volume of the channel on full, The sound coming out of it will go loud and soft loud and soft repeatedly without anything or anyone touching it, this has been an ongoing problem I have had for the past month. I need suggestions on how to fix it ASAP due to multiple gigs coming up in the future.

Please contact Pioneer technical support in your region to have your SX serviced as it sounds like a physical defect is causing a problem.

Have you updated the firmware and are you using the newest version of Serato DJ?

Yes of course, I cant put my head around what the problem is how much would it be to get the channels replaceD?

I have sent in a ticket for this, but in the interim you can assign deck 4 in 2 deck mode as a work around if needed.
