Pioneer DDJ-SX

I had this happened today to me in the middle of a gig, it was working fine while we did the introduction and all that, when I was getting ready to start mixing the song played for about 30 seconds and it froze, it seems that the track was going back and forth really quick but there was no sound, had to connect my iphone cause I did not have any other type of back up device, I restart the computer, this did not fixed the issue. I have not been able to do the latest update, cause I run windows and my pc seems not to meet the requirement for the latest update, but reading all the other post this does not seems to be an issue with the computer but something with the DDJ-SX. I had this unit for about 8 months now and there had been no issues....Please help not sure what to do, I do not want this to happen in the middle of another gig...It is not fun at all
