Samples has no sound

Hello I have rekordbox 6.7.3 and a ddj flx6. On my samples panel I have no sound. Each sample work but no sound goes out... in each sample slot there IS a loudspeaker icon with a red cross and the sample gain knob IS gray... IS there any solution to solve this problem? Thanks
