sorry if I'm being a dumb ass but select all from where? i click file and it does not give me the option to select all, i have my music in folders and playlists
select a file and then -
on Mac hit COMMAND+A for all, PC - CTRL+A
That's a standard keyboard shortcut functional in just about every application where things can be selected.
Other tips...
COMMAND (or CTRL) and...
Z = Undo
X = Cut
C = Copy
V = Paste
B = Bold
N = New
A = Select All
S = Save
Q = Quit
And that's just a few standard shortcuts!
ok I've got the select all but when i right click it selects only 1 track, I'm on a macbook air
When you select all, they should all turn purple - right-clicking on ANY track (doesn't matter which one) will perform the analysis on all highlighted tracks.
you're doing some wrong then, i do this all the time on my macbook, select one track, then command+a and then hold down CTRL and click on any track so its a right click
CTRL and click!! yea!!! thanks guys!! have an awesome day!!
Clearly a user who does not have right-click enabled in his trackpad settings. ;) (You could also enable two-finger-click as right-click!)
