Hello friends, i need some help!!!
i am the new owner of a DDJ-RZ but this is not my first dj set. I have a big problem with the function of the headphone,i can hear the masterchannel in my headphone,but for mixing i want to pre-hear the next channel(master-cue is on(orange light) so i press the cue button for the channel and turn the headphone mixing button on que. The result is i hear nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When i open the crossfader and the fader of the channel both for an inch then i hear something in the headphone, normal prehearing is not possible,
My other pioneerset hasn`t this problem at all.
Can somebody please help me out?

I expect you've installed the drivers for the RZ before you connected it? Chances are the configuration in rekordbox is what's causing the confusion. Can you open rekordbox's preferences and post a screenshot of the Audio page showing the Input and Output configuration?
Also, make sure this knob is NOT turned all the way to the right and you should hear the channel just fine.
I did find out that it has to do with the drivers of the RZ. Printscreen is not possible,perhaps it has to do with the windows 10 update(was windows 8) Settings for audio are pioneer ddj-rz asio now it is working but am not sure if it is the right choice,was set by me to line pioneer ddj-rz(did think that asio is for android(phone).My thoughts were to install windows 8 again because soundcart and grafics may not function 100% correctly with windows 10.
