xdj-rx music from deck 2 plays in channel 1...

Rookie asks... Has anyone hooked their XDJ-RX kit to rekordbox DJ for performance? I bought the license. After updating the firmware to 1.80 and installing the XDJ-RX driver to my Win 10 computer, my initial efforts were met with a bit of disappointment.
1. Both channels from the software come through the kit on channel 1 although left & right players control left & right channels on computer. No crossfading?
2. Even though effective, none of the kit's indicators light up. No display, no key pad LEDs

Are there any tutorials from Pioneer or others?

It worked well!  I most definitely benefitted from the video.  I missed the mixer settings in the menu.  I have been noodling around with it for a couple hours now.   I look forward to the eventual updates that bring the kit's indicator lights into play.
