XDJRX

If i set BP to 130 on both decks on the xdj rx the pitch seem to keep drifiting.

I also have cdj 2000s and this does not happen on them?

If you mean that the tempo drifts after a while about 0.1 bpm higher or lower, then i have the same issue..

Problem occurs (also) with normal analyzed tracks.

If you use the "master tempo" button: don't. When on, the beats will drift.

Why should master tempo be the problem here?

is there really no explanation as to why tracks are going out of pitch?

@Richard > If you haven't imported them via rekordbox, the BPM display is based on a read of the audio. Have you matched the tracks by ear or by BPM?

@Derrick > Are you beat-matching using only the pitch fader or are you using the side of the jog to "nudge" the playback?

When I mix normally on cdjs my preferd method is to use the pitch control and to fine tune I would nudge the track. When using the xdjrx with this method the pitch control doesn't seem to react quick enough and then basic loose control of the the mix . I've had my xdj 6 months now I always thought this , was wondering if it was my imagination but now I think not

Some of the products respond differently - the MEP-7000 was different from the CMX-3000 (both rack-mount products), and they were both different from any CDJs on the market. You just have to get used to how each unit performs.

@DeeJayRootz > A quick search of the forums would have returned several results, including this handy instructional video outlining the steps required to configure the XDJ-RX and rekordbox for use together!

Next time please post a new topic rather than piggybacking on a topic where your post is unrelated.
