Do you have the power supply plugged in and not just the USB cable?

pioneer ddj t1 jogwheel
hello everyone. jogwheel on my t1 is acting funny. left one is perfect when right one when playing track cannot scratch or backspin or anything like it, when playing track it work only to nudge the track, even when you touch and move the top of the jog. funny part you can scratch and backspin when track is paused.when paused side of jog works as nudge and top work as vinyl.(so everything is working perfect) can anyone tell me what is the problem, i restored to fabric settings, i reinstalled traktor downgraded, uprgraded, changed all the posible switchable options in every posible way it's 3rd day im fighting with it and no progres whatsoever. i use the latest software traktor for pioneer t1 edition on macbook 2010 dual core 4 bg ram.

both, i tried everything!!!! i tried everything i tried on 2 different usb wires. thank you for quick reply. i expected i would have to wait few days before someone tell me' look this is old controler get a new one' but this seems really nice and quick. any other ideas? where on macbook mapping file is located maybe i could use another mapping or maybe i could replace current mapping with fresh one? is than even an option?

The big thing with controllers is often their Firmware, is your T1 fw up to date?

i believe it is up to date. but i can check right now, i use macbook latest osx i did not move programs or anything, where do i fing mapping on my hdd? i know it may be silly question, but im not great with pc and especially macs as i got one only for dj ( to have no issues with soft - duh!!!)

i updated mapings, now play button does not work and it did not fixed the previous issue.

I think it might be the firmware, I don't know that the midi map is bad but lets first get the firmware updated if it isn't...

ok, there was no driver updates for mac for pioneer ddj t1.

fyi that file in link is absolutely rubbish. i deleted previous settings as recomended importesthe file and nothng is working in that file theres 4 mapping done, and nothing else...

no problem. i contacted traktor customer service, they told that for this model theres special software edition and they do not support it in any way, and for any support i must contact with pionner support and customer service. is that the reason why you wrk closer with serato now? i probably should say anything but i replied them taht pioneer do hardware, so asking them to work out software beside being ablolutely ridiculous it's out of order. why would someone expect you to sort out software update if lets say new win or osx is up? is that the reason why pioneer works closer with serato now? thats a very good reason as they reply made wanna miss serato intro...
