Cdj 350 - firmware refreshing

 hi, i have a problem to refresh the firmware from 1.01 to the last version. i follow all the instruction, but at least, the cdjs give me always ERROR. Can it be because i use a windows 10? should i do a downgrade to windows 8 or xp? do i need however a firmware refreshing if i want to use traktor with the cdjs as midi controller or are ready to connect?
