Error E-8307 USB 2 Port 2

English:

I'm having problems with the USB 2 port on my XDJ-RX3. When i turn it on and plug in ANY Pendrive it simply does not load, It keeps flashing the red light until it displays error E-8703. [VIDEO 1]

If I try to connect another pendrive to USB 2 after displaying the error, it doesn't even recognize the pendrive (it doesn't even flash the red light anymore). [VIDEO 2]

USB port 1 worked with all pendrives normally.

Additional Info:

-> All my pendrives are formated FAT32.
-> I tried 2 different pendrives, 64 and 32 GB.
-> RX3 Firmware is up to date (ver. 1.15)
-> Tried erasing both pendrives and setting them up form scratch
-> Rekordbox Version 6.7.3

I really need some help on this one because it super frustrating.

Estou tendo problemas com a porta USB 2 no meu XDJ-RX3. Quando eu ligo e conecto QUALQUER Pendrive ele simplesmente não carrega, fica piscando a luz vermelha até dar o erro E-8703. [VÍDEO 1]

Se eu tento conectar outro pendrive na USB 2 depois de dar erro, ele nem reconhece o pendrive (nem pisca mais a luz vermelha). [VÍDEO 2]

A porta USB 1 funcionou com todos os pendrives normalmente.

Informação adicional:

-> Todos os meus pendrives são formatados em FAT32.
-> Tentei 2 pendrives diferentes, 64 e 32 GB.
-> Firmware RX3 está atualizado (ver. 1.15)
-> Tentei apagar os dois pendrives e configurá-los do zero
-> Rekordbox Versão 6.7.3

Eu realmente preciso de alguma ajuda neste porque é super frustrante.
