XDJ RX Cue Button not responding

Greetings!

Last night on the gig, my cue botton stopped responding.  It was working fine and then for some reason it wouldn't work. The the orange light was not on.  I restarted the machine and it worked again.  Is there some glitch or setting that made this happen? I was sharing the console with another DJ and we have different styles of performance. I use the unit and vinyl mode and she does not.  I also switch on and off Auto Play over the course of the night.  Please advise.

Please be sure you are running the latest version of the XDJ-RX firmware.

Yeah, if you had AutoCue disabled, then there would be no cue established, so hitting CUE would do nothing.
