Bug report for XDJ RX3

Dear Pioneer,

I have the XDJ RX3 and encountered a blatant bug.

How to reproduce:

- add some tracks to a tag list

- save the taglist as a playlist

result: the order of the tracks is not preserved

I would also like mention some missing features on the device:

- reorder songs in a playlist

- not able to rename playlist

- not able to tag songs

- setting to auto save queue points (most other products autosave cue points so a setting for this would be nice)

- not able to  mark songs as matching

- sometimes the track filter is lost (and you lose your scroll position in the library when reaplied, very anoying when playing at a gig and stuff needs to go fast)

Please note that I and certainly other people payed a heafty sum for this device. It seems normal to me that at least the basic features are present.

Why is this important?

- we bought a standalone device to get away from the pc, but you cannot really use it standalone

- without these features (and a fix to the bug mentioned above) it is impossible to prepare sets (playlists) on the device itself (again standalone should be standalone)

- some gigs don't require sets but rather the matching feature. But I cannot build a database of matching songs without going to the pc. Mixing with the pc and rekordbox using the rx3 is not what I intended to do. I would have stayed with traktor. Also the experience is different so I cannot use the same mixing techniques so using recordbox to match or create playlists is pointless. 

Before buying I looked at the competition. And they are miles ahead of you guys when it comes to easy of use (none of these issues are found on de Denon or using Traktor). 

Please please please fix these issues and give people who are sticking with your product some love. I fear if you do not the age of pioneer DJ'ing will come to an end rather sooner then later.
