6.8.1 not working sync manager

6.8.2 is exactly the same. Back to 6.8.0 it is then.

I figured it out. Worked with Pioneer support through the whole process who were less than useless. Literally told them exactly what the issue was and they ignored me completely repeatedly asking for log and export files.

The issue for me was tracks that had lost their file association. I had about 30 tracks that couldn't find the file because of renaming/deleting the original. I fixed every single track and exports are working again.

This wasn't a problem before 6.8.1 so it's something on their end. Too bad they are so far up their own *sses they can't hear the community doing their jobs for them.

I noticed while trying to export, the box "analyzing track" on the bottom left kept blinking like it was stuck on an specific file. So instead of syncing a bunch of playlists at the same time, I did one a one to find out which file was the problem. Once that file was solved, it worked fine. 

Maybe we should work for Pioneer. Their engineers couldn't replicate it....

Yep, I worked out the exact same problem today and told support to feed back to their devs. Can't believe they couldn't work it out themselves. Defo not an issue in 6.8.0.

I think it's very clear that feedback IS NOT getting back to the devs. ha
