CDJ 2000 not working

nothing you can do quick, if the screen goes out and the unit remains on then most likely one of the boards is bad and needs to be replaced. send in for service

Sounds like a hardware issue rather than firmware survival race . If the unit stays powered on but the display is dead, it may need a board replacement or repair.
