Im getting this error now when I open up the new version of DJS-TSP. I re-installed it and it im still getting this error. Any advice

Did you encounter an error while updating the firmware?
Have you tried reinstalling the firmware?
This is on the DJS-TSP app showing the error when Open. I am not getting the error on the Physical DJS-1000 unit. I Re-installed the app twice on this computer, And Tried on another Macbook pro i have. And I received the same error
