Allow the AS-1’s arp to function with the SP-16

It seems the AS-1’s arp is disabled when connected to the SP-16. That’s a shame. Since I can’t live record the AS-1 without the SP-16, I’m forced to choose. Here’s a previous post regarding the matter.
