DJ Switch Serato to USB
The DJ before me is using serato on the CDJ2000's and I'm simply using a USB stick with my tracks. During the transition, is it ok for me to pop my USB stick into the free slot on the deck - select USB as the source and start playing on Deck A, then use 'LINK' on Deck B once he has removed his Serato USB connection? Am I going about this the right way, or is there something else I need to keep in mind when it comes to the transition. Cheers!

It depends on how he has his audio routing set up. If he's using Serato Club Pack to interface directly with the mixer, you'll also have to switch the input source on the mixer channels from "USB" to whatever the CDJs are outputting (Digital or CD/Line) as you switch over.
