DDJ-1000 freezes rekordbox when browsing music with wheel selector.

 Hello! My DDJ 1000 freezes and lags rekordbox when I use the scroll wheel when I am browsing my USB. I also have the issue where it would take forever to load a track.

 I do not have this issue if I use my trackpad to scroll through my music. Is this a common issue?

I see you have a USB drive connected; is that the source of the audio files you're browsing when the lag occurs?

Yes, though it does not lag when I scroll with the trackpad or mouse.

When it happens again, could you please...

  1. Open the Activity Monitor.
  2. Click "rekordbox" in the process list on it.
  3. Click "i" button on it.
  4. Click "Sample".
  5. Save it somewhere and send it to forums@pioneerdj.com; in the subject line, please put: "360021302892"
