djm 600 effects botton wont turn on

my djm 600 effects button wont turn on and instead of numbers , dashes appear on the screen, but when i try to diagnose all led are working, Hoping for your response

It could be a fault with the FX module, but the best bet is to have it diagnosed at service - please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region for further info.
