Hi, I can use djm 450 on dvs in rekordbox and still use the recording output at the same time

Sorry, I'm not sure if I understand what you're asking...
The recording output of the mixer itself is basically a parallel of the master output, only it's not affected by the master level knob. What you're seeing in the software is the audio input; that "REC OUT" allows you to record the USB5/6 inputs into software to capture the same thing digitally as would be output via the REC OUT.
