xdj rr problem

hola mi xdj rr corriendo cualquier track si tengo el modo vinilo activado y cambio el pitch de la cancion y a su ves hago scratch con el tempo atrasado o adelantado se cambia la tonalidad de la cancion aun asi activado el boton de bloqueo de tono 

es un error de firmware? le paso a alguien mas? necesito ayuda gracias

Can you please record a video of this happening? It could be an error in translation, but you say it "scratches" when the pitch is changed?

When scratching with the tempo of the song that is delayed or increased, the tone of the song is changed, even if you have the tone lock button

no es normal , antes tenia la xdj rx y no tenia ese problema.  cuando suelto el plato la cancion sigue sonando con el tono cambiado y tengo el boton de tonalidad activado
