Don't open the settings during playback?

dvs get locked traktor pro 3
Hi!
This is my first post, so, hello everybody!
I have bought djm 250 mk2 and I have used it with traktor pro 3. Everything work fine, but when I enter in settings while song plays, as soon as I closed setting, traktor has stopped, because suddenly, dvs has been locked on djm setting utility.
why is this happening?

Traktor pro 3 work just fine, but pioneer djm driver locks dvs, get grayed, and when that happens, its normal for any kind of software to stop playing because setting was changed in audio driver, but that change is done by djm driver, not by traktor ...its not a problem why traktor stopped, problem is why djm setting get changed to grayed locked in the middle of session and working software?

The input section get grayed, locked. They get unlocked after softvare get started, then, when i click on traktor settings and closed settings, djm utility somehow has been notified that like program has been closed, then, djm utility locks inputs again ..you can see on video.

I would expect that's because the Traktor settings are possibly interacting with the audio drivers in such a way as to cause them to disconnect, and the DJM drivers don't like it, thus locking out the device settings. Doing the same thing within rekordbox doesn't seem to have the same outcome.
