ddj-1000 - PAD MODE DESABLED

HELP, HELP!!

My DDJ-1000 desbled the PAD MODE and i dont know how i do.
The PAD MODE not work in any situation (hot cue, pad fx1, beat jump and sampler). The PAD MODE. The set of pads is dead.

Everythink is working normally, but today the PAD MODE is desable.

Only to test, I installed rekordbox on another computer and everything worked normally
