Rekordbox Video & Changes to the service system

I want to buy a Rekordbox Video License, but I'm not sure if it makes sense at the moment. Should I wait until the changes to the service system have been completed? Or does Rekordbox Video have nothing to do with the changes to the service system?

Given that you can't currently purchase a license if you wanted to, I'd say wait. ;)
