Trim control not working when using s/pdif cable

Hello, when I'm using the digital connection and connect my DJM900nx2 to both my CDJ 2000nxs2 the trim control is not working, also all 3 of the EQ's controller, I need to adjust them at 9:15 to keep the channel level indicator from going red.

My input selector switch is on Digital.

Is there a setting that I need to change?

Sorry, new to the CDJ setup.

Can you show this on video? I've used that same setup using digital for years and it works the same as an analog line connection.

Wow ... that is bizarre! Have you tried flashing the firmware on the mixer?

2.07 is the current version, but even if you already have that version installed, try loading it again.

I just reflash my mixer with firmware 2.07 and I'm still getting the same issue.

I just got these nexus set up last week on 04/05/2020. The setting is in their default setting on the mixer, I haven't made any changes. I only loaded my profile from my USB.

I'm still within the return policy where I got the mixer from. I can ask them to exchange it since its a defect. Or is it better if I just send it to you guys for repair.

Oooh - yes, if you can return it, please do that; this definitely seems like a hardware fault.
