Hello, I have a brand new DDJ-SR2 and run it with my mac that is currently running Big Sur Version 11.4.
I have an Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650 1536 mb card and my processor is a 3.1 GHz Dual Core Intel Core i5.
I've never had this issue before but, I had a gig last week where my controller cut out completely 3 times during the event. The first time was about 10 minutes in and the 2nd time was about 40 minutes after that. I thought I might have been the new adapter I was using so I went back to my usual one and it lasted about 2 hours before it cut again. Now when it cuts, Serato is still on, everything works, but the controller is somehow "disconnected" as it doesn't realize anything I'm clicking/pressing. The only solution was to turn the controller on and off each time and it worked but I've never had this problem before and I need to know what to do. fix it because I lost a great deal of money from this past gig due to this and if it happens again it won't be good.
I saw a few other forums with a similar issue from 1-2 years ago but no one seemed to have solved it.

Were there any power issues where you were, a drop in power could freeze the unit? Have you tried to replicate the issue at another outlet to see if it happens again. Also have you updated the firmware?
