I just purchased I just got it last night but firmware doesn’t work keeps saying safari can’t open the file because no avail e application .. error keeps saying

I just purchased pioneer ddj xdj-xz it last night and I’m having a problem with firmware. It keeps failing says.. safari can’t open the file Because Not available application.. I do not want to use reckord box. I wanna use serato only on my MacBook Pro.. please help. I’m frustrated
