Will rekordbox 5 continue to be updated without new features in order to keep working with windows as windows is updated?
We're already aware that rekordbox 6 has issues running on macOS 11 (Big Sur; beta), but it will be updated after the OS is officially released to the public. rekordbox 5, however, will not receive any updates for future OS's, either Mac or Windows.

I've not seen an official statement from Pioneer but I imagine support for v5 will be limited as will compatibility with future operating system versions (particularly MacOS).
Pretty sure v5 will not get any new features. The most you could expect could be a small bug fix release. But I couldn't even say you'd get that.
