Mi controladora saca el audio muy flojo y con un zumbido de fondo también no funcionan los auriculares no sale audio ayuda por favor

Hi Sergi,

The most likely cause is that your computer is not providing adequate power to the DDJ-SR. Please try using a different USB cable or USB port and let us know if that helps.

Ya compré diferentes cables USB ,cambie de Puerto y de ordenador todos sigue igual y el audio sin funcionar no se el motivo pero no es el cable de alimentación
