XDJ-RX2 Deck 2 Not Outputting Sound

Deck 2 is not outputting any sound, the lights on the channel 2 EQ not come on when a track is playing, nor on the master EQ. Deck 1 functions as normal and outputs sound; it's EQ lights work, and the master EQ lights come on from the track being played on Deck 1. I'm not sure where to start with troubleshooting, as all other functions seem to be fine on Deck 1 that I can test (loops, play/pause/ fast forward, track advance, etc.).
