PIONEER DDJ-RB "Error while opening DDJ-RB ASIO" PLEASE HELP

I have recently brought my ddj-rb and have not been able to use it due to a error message regarding the asio driver, i have followed multiple forums on how to reinstall the driver software and still have not be able to find any working solutions on other websites.

Can somebody please help me find a resolution to this problem i am having

Even when I press "Install this driver software anyway" it still comes up with the error message "Error while opening DDJ-RB ASIO" in rekordbox
