RB 5.0.2 Quantize not working in Export Mode

DISREGARD! I had quantize beat value in:

Preferences > Advanced > Others > Quantize Beat Value 

Set to 1/16!!!

 

PROBLEM SOLVED.

I saw your original post, and I was going to say -- there are various quantization values and settings available for different functions. Glad you found it! :)
