XDJ-RX problems with cue button

Greetings!

So i went and bought myself the XDJ-RX (yay! :D) yesterday. Unfortunately i had no time to play around with it so i was waiting all day today to get home from work so that i could finally start. But...... of course something has to be wrong.

When i load up a track and play it, it doesnt stop when i press the que button. But when you double-press the play button in order to lock the track and THEN press que it works as it should - the track stops and restarts from the cue point (where i locked it).

Does anyone have any idea what the fuss is all about? Thanks.
