BPM change issues

Hey, I'm having an issue changing the BPM from the menu. I touch the BPM/QUANTIZE "button", and when i touch the BPM number or "TAP" function, nothing happens. The 'Swing' box is just lit up and can be changed-nothing else. Any ideas?

@David > What is your BPM sync-source set to within the machine settings? If it's set to Pro DJ Link, you can't change it internally.

I am having exactly the same problem and i have made sure my sync source is set to MIDI, not Pro DJ,and still the BPM area is greyed out - the only option is to adjust the swing. 

Help!

@Adam > It has to be INTERNAL for you to adjust it on the machine; MIDI means it's receiving the signal from another device.
