i read four or five posts about Beat Jump and XDJ-RX and i am still not shure, if it works.
So my question is: Will Beat Jump work on XDJ-RX in combination with Rekordbox DJ as written here:

To confirm; yes, pressing the << or >> Search buttons will jump the play position by 8 beats while the track is playing.

Just tried it out and yes it does work as described.
While a track is playing you can jump back/forward by 8 beats.
While track is paused you can do a Fine jump. It basically moves the position in the track very slightly back/forward by a fraction of a beat (less than 1/8 of a beat). Can’t see myself ever using that.
I had a quick look at changing the beat jump value from 8 to 4 but didn’t see where that was mapped so I’m not sure if that value can be changed.
Are you asking as you plan to buy an XDJ-RX? If so I would not recommend it for doing beat jumping, there are probably better options in their range.
