TAG LIST - From a device

Is is possible to make a tag list before is go to work, I mean do I have to make the tag list on the fly ? Is it possible to make a tag without having the songs in the collection, only on the the device ?

@Mats > You can make a tag-list on the device simply by pressing the TAG button.  If you're doing it at home on your computer, it's called a playlist.
