[CLOSED] Ddjsx platter issue please help ASAP.

My left platter won't respond in vinyl mode. When the selector is set to vinyl mode it won't track correctly. It will speed up and slow down barely. I've updated serato and the firmware.

when you press the vinly mode do you red lights is on?

@Jesse > Have you adjusted the touch sensor level on the front of the unit? Has this had any impact?

The issue is the ddj itself and has to be sent back to pioneer.

You can also track it by pushing the button for vinyl a couple of times to see if it locks.  But I would contact Tech support and go from there.
