@Ron > Have you tried rotating the pot more to the left? Thats the best information I could offer as adjusting the setting would be up to the software providers (Serato), I believe.

S’abonner[SOLVED] Crossfader Curve Adjustment DDJ-SX
I have an issue with the crossfader curve in which the volume drops too much before centre even though I have the adjustment knob set to the 2 o'clock position. If i have it at 4-5 o'clock position, now the curve is too steep. There is NO perfect setting to have the audio gradually decrease in volume after centre.
Is this a firmware issue or a software issue?
One thing that I didn't try was to use the unit as a stand alone (using turntables) and to test out the curve under that set up. I will do that over the next couple days and update this article with my findings.
I have many friends and collegues that have complained about the same issue.

I'm having the same problem! Help please .... how was this problem solved?
@World Famous > The adjustment is done via the knob on the front of the SX. What exactly is your problem?
Hi The Volume is dipping (getting lower) in the middle of the crossfader. and when I try to adjust it with the curve knob it gets worst. I usually keep it at 1 to 2 o'clock and if I move it I lose volume when I'm crossfading!
@World Famous > That link goes to a thread from 2013, discussing version 1.2, the current version is 1.7.5.
If you want it so it only cuts at the ends, turn it almost all the way to the right.
