Had my 2x CDJ 2000 linked up to another CDJ 2000 and now can change player number and duplication ?

Had my 2x CDJ 2000 linked up to another 2x CDJ 2000 using a hub and now cant change player number and duplication ? Basically want my 2x CDJ2000 back to player 1 and player 2 and no idea what duplication means on CDJ 2000 ? Need to know by this Friday ?

make sure all media is disconnected from player and then you can change the number in the menu, Disconnect ethernet, open SD doors and unplug anything plugged into usb ports
