xdj rx freeze after load song

when i load song and press play song it play for 5 second and all device stopped and freeze & when i shut down it screen still working and to turn off it must be unplug power cable from my device
please pioneer help me and solve this big problem

Try using another usb stick or try to upgrade the firmware to the latest version .

im trying another 3 usb sticks & my firmware was latest version & still have this problem
what can i do please ??

What is the version of the firmware on the RX?
What version of rekordbox was used to export the tracks to the USB?
How were the USB drives formatted?
What is the filetype of the audio you are trying to load?
Does it happen with random songs or does it consistently crash with select songs?
