problem with my comtroller

when I turn it on the right side blue load light comes on right away. I cant use the gain on the left side or get the blue light to come on (left load) does anyone one know why?

@Chris > It would help to know which model controller you own, Pioneer manufactures around 15 of them.

Try switching the input selector for that channel back to PC.
