How do i record both channels on Adobe Audition 1.5

when I am recording a mix on serato intro through to adobe audition, only one channel gets recorded,

 

I have selected to record in stero but only one channel gets recorded

 

I have tried both line in and mic in both at front and back of my pc

 

I have also tried line in on an external soundcard

 

I hope someone can help..

@Tom > This is not technically a Pioneer DJ question, especially since you haven't told us which product you're using, but my advice would be to double check all your recording settings in each piece of software and make sure you've updated to the latest firmware are using the correct drivers.
