KERNEL PANIC ALERTS IN PC

In some Windows PC users the program launches kernel panic alerts and program are closed, and sometimes the program does shut down your operating system suddenly.

that's an SO problem for sure. Can be memory, HDD, some corruption after improper shutdown of the OS, Power supply problems,...

I wouldn't look at the DJ software you're using or your controller whatever those might be (you don't give details on anything so don't expect much help, especially on these types of problems)
