DDJ-SB2 Noise

Recently got a DDJ-SB2, the problem is it had a loud hiss when nothing else is playing, none of the other controllers do this (DDJ-S1, DDJ-SX, Numark Mixtrack pro) Even connected to a different system with a different laptop we get the noise, what can we do to solve this?

I have the same issue, although I wouldn't describe the hiss as "loud".  Most of the time it is drowned out by the music. So, this is almost a non-issue, but not really.  It is clearly a design flaw and I'd like to see a response from Pioneer.  If there is a fix, then I am interested in it.
